Nishant Sindhu
Nishant Sindhu, an Indian cricket player, was born to Sunil Kumar Sindhu and Vandana Sindhu in Rohtak, Haryana, into a middle-class family.
Sports were in his blood because Nishant Sindhu’s father was a boxer, thus he wanted to make his kid into a famous boxer who could represent India internationally.
His mother works as a teacher in a Rohtak government school. Sandhu’s father led him to the closest cricket academy, where Sanat Singh was the instructor, when he was only 8 years old.
Sanat Singh recommended his father to take care of Sindhu’s cricketing career and allow Sindhu play after noticing the young man’s raw skill and real promise.
Nishant didn’t disappoint his parents and coach and was seen full filling their shoes at very young as where plenty of cricketers struggle to find a place. Specially in India .

That was enough to put him in the spotlight after India’s u-19 team won the World Cup and he played effectively for the team.
He competed admirably in a few Ranji Trophy games for his home side, Haryana, before being acquired by Chennai Super Kings.
He attracted the attention of several clubs by having both bowling and batting abilities, and was eventually selected by CSK for 60 lakhs, which is a significant sum for a rookie.
He expressed his happiness at joining the Chennai Super Kings and having a legend like Mahendra Singh Dhoni serve as his captain in an interview.
When Sindhu arrived Chennai to join the team he was welcomed by his poster in the town which was launched by drone . It was really a special moment for him to see such memorable moment .
For him, developing his career and representing India at the highest level will be a significant learning curve.

Nishant Sindhu became the lucky charm for Chennai Super Kings as they won their fifth title. It is a dream come true moment for Nishant where greats like Virat Kohli has not lifted a single IPL trophy in his entire career he managed to lift in his first appearance.

Nishant received his first chance to play for India when on the u19 tour of Dubai, where he played against Afghanistan and made his debut in 2021, after excelling in the domestic circuit at the junior level.
He has frequently played for the Indian team, and on a few instances, he has taken the team’s reins in place of permanent leader Yash Dhull.
Dhull was captain of the squad for the league matches of the ODI U19 Cricket World Cup even though he tested positive for COVID. He guided the team to victory.
