Ramandeep Singh started his career for Mumbai Indians when he was picked for the season 2022 . He was picked by Mumbai Indians as the replacement of star batsman and vice-captain Surya Kumar Yadav when he was injured. It was a great responsibility for him to full-fill his shoes but it was not easy.
He played his first IPL match on 21 march 2022 against Delhi Capitals. Where he scored 13 runs of 6 balls.

Ramandeep started playing cricket at an early age of 10. His father introduced him to well-known coach of Punjab Sukhvinder Tinkoo after his insist for the game that he would only pursue cricket. Ramadeep showcased his talent and cemented his place in Punjab u16 team during the Punjab inter districts. Since then he never looked back and kept performing consistently for his team and he was climbing the ladder of success step by step.
Ramandeep’s father never wanted him to choose other sports but his profession of cycling. His father Hardev Singh is a former international cyclist who had participated in commonwealth games representing India.
